Treatments on electric battery packs

Electropoli developed a full surface treatment solution for electric battery packs, enhancing corrosion protection, electrical insulation, and fire resistance.
The project included part re-engineering, three new dedicated treatment lines, and full management of environmental and quality validations up to production start-up.

Development of a high-grade ZnFe process offering equivalent mechanical and anti-corrosion performance to ZnNi, with a lower environmental impact.
Provides an alternative to alkaline zinc-nickel, as nickel is expected to be included in future REACH restriction lists.
